the director of hairspray is Adam Shankan. During the interview Adam spoke about how he got the job, the casting process, how he’s loved the material for most of his life, and a ton of other stuff.

Is Tracy’s best friend who also enjoys running home after school and watching the Corny Collins show over and over again.
She hates getting in trouble by her mother for going to Tracy’s house or watching the corny Collins show either and Tracy’s or at her house.
